Game against South Muskoka HRC Insurance
The Parry Sound Local League team 1 traveled to Bracebridge on Saturday to play a game against South Muskoka HRC Insurance
The Shamrocks were able to go over a few things at a practice on Friday night and many of the boys (and girl) used some of what they learned in the practice during this game.
The Shamrocks played very well as a team, passed the puck through the neutral zone very well, & completed many passes to team mates in front of the oppositions net. They also played very well in their own defensive zone position-ally. South Muskoka didn't get many chances, the Shamrock allowing only a few shots on both Wyatt Lebert, and Ethan Penfold goalies, both earning their shut-outs.
Riley MacLean scored first, Wyatt Salt scored the next two goals in the second period on the same shift. Chad Herbert followed with two goals of his own and Derian Wristed the final goal making the final score 6-0 for the Shamrocks.
Next game the Shamrocks will travel to Huntsville to play Tasso Lake this Saturday Nov 14 at 9:40pm
