All of Parry Sound welcomes all players, team personnel, officials and spectators; we appreciate the participation of the teams that travel to our centre. It is a pleasure to host a tournament and hope that your association, coaches, players, and parents enjoy our facilities, hospitality and your stay in Parry Sound during this weekend.
To the players, play hard, play fair, respect the officials and have fun.
To the parents and coaching staff, enjoy the competition, and remember that the players are here to have fun. Let’s remember to keep expectations realistic and encourage both teams and cheer on all the players as they work hard.
I would personally like to express my sincere thanks to the Parry Sound Team manager and coaching staff (Krista S., Glen H. & Amanda H.) and our team of volunteers for their consistent hard work and efforts to make this tournament a success. The support and generosity of our local businesses help us to host all of our tournaments annually, we would also like to send a big thanks to them!
The Bobby Orr Hall of Fame welcomes players to visit, as well we have a sports store located on the main street "4 SPORTS" offers skate sharpening, equipment and apparel, they do have the Pro Shop at the entrance to the arena as well.
While all of our restaurants are excited for the opportunity to host your teams, we would ask that when dining as a group you please call ahead and book a reservation to ensure you will receive the best service possible, it is always nice to know company is coming.
Last but not least, a thank you to Rick Thomas, Kat Lashbrook, Jennifer Harris and all of the Parry Sound Hockey Club for making this weekend a success.
