Top Shelf for Mental Health Supports The Shamrocks

Tim McWhirter will be coming around to visit each team this week to discuss the Top Shelf for Mental Health initiative. He will also be handing out Helmet stickers for each player! 

Start the discussion, We are raising awareness about mental health and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.

CMHA Muskoka-Parry Sound encourages team members to learn about mental health and addictions.

If you or someone you know is struggling and having trouble coping with difficulties and challenges, talk about it with friends or loved ones. You may also reach out CMHA Muskoka-Parry Sound for help. Conversations on mental health help to build healthy and strong communities.
