Submitted By psmh on Sunday, October 18, 2020
Thank you for a great start to the hockey season. Thank you also for adhering to hockey and arena safety protocols. By following the required protocols, we hope to keep our players and coaches safe. This email is to provide information about the upcoming week, and a few reminders.  Click read more.....

Hello Hockey Families,
Once teams are formed, communication will come directly from the coach and the league website. On the website, you will also be able to subscribe to the calendar for your specific team to see game and practice times.
For this season, it may be a good idea to sign up for auto notifications for your child's entire division, not just your child's team.  There will be checkboxes to select teams, so atom age, select teams 1 2 & 3 for example
We will be beginning to use the clubs website scheduling and calendar asap.  Which is connected to the auto notifications....  Please note that there is ice time this coming weekend, Friday and Saturday, similar to what happened this past weekend.  Please continue to check the website.
OHF Health Screening
Please review the OHF Health Screening questionnaire before each game or practice, you will need to provide a verbal acknowledgement that your player answers ‘No’ to all of the questions in order to pass the screen. If your player answers yes to any of the questions, and/or are not feeling well, please keep your player home.

Those entering through this exit should park at the Municipal Office. All spectators are to stay on their assigned side of the building (North vs South) to allow staff an empty space to completely sanitize before the next group. The lobby area is not to be used for spectators.
In addition to the arena protocol, each player will need to verbally confirm passing the OHF Health Screening questionnaire.  There will be someone checking the players as they come into the building.  This is different then the Bobby Orr Community Centre protocols.
