AGM - Next Season

With the health and safety of all participants and volunteers remaining our top priority, we will continue to follow the Hockey Canada / OMHA rules and regulations for the Return to Play, as well as the local municipal requirements at each arena.

As things move forward the hockey opportunities will "hopefully" become clearer. As of right now, we have no answers on when and how hockey will happen.
If you have signed up or are thinking of signing up and no hockey happens,
there will be a refund. Depending on what happens with the 2020-2021 season, the club/board/membership will work to come up with a solution on the cost of programming etc..
In the mean time, we are working on getting a number of things figured out.
1. The awards from last season distributed, a list of awards will be posted this week - watch for information on picking up awards. (
posted in a separate article here)
2. Wrapping up last season's AGM and the transition into this coming season for hockey. The board is strongly considering a virtual AGM, ie. Zoom meeting.
3.
Election or appointment of Board members for the 2020-2021 season. There is also a "possibility" that we may use a digital solution for this which will allow us to all vote in the new board members. This way of voting is being discussed but is not confirmed at this time.
