Free Skate - Top Shelf for Mental Health

Come to the Bobby Orr Community Centre on Jan 29th for a free skate in support of Top Shelf for Mental Health and Bell Lets Talk.

In Memory of Dr. Rob Stevens

Bring your green laces, and your Shamrock Jersey!

"Top Shelf for Mental Health” promotes mental health awareness this January.

The Stevens Family in partnership with The Parry Sound Shamrocks Hockey Club and Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Muskoka-Parry Sound are devoting the month of January to raising awareness about mental health and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.Throughout January, teams from all levels in the Shamrocks Minor Hockey program will be using green skate laces and green stick tape as a visual reminder to support mental health resilience
