Tough game against the Otters
Parry Sound played the Huntsville Otters on Sunday for the third time this season

The Shamrocks came out of the gate still excited from their effort on Saturday against the South Muskoka Bears. However, the Otters came to play, forcing Shamrock goalie Bram Palmer to be on top of his game.  Palmer held the Otters off seeing many shots until about midway though the first.  The Otters were able to get two before the first period was complete.
The Second was much of the same, Palmer kicking out saves and freezing the puck when he could - chance after chance was steered aside by Palmer, however the Otters did sneak two more past Palmer before the Shamrocks finally got on the board.  Avery Rochon streaked in and scored with the loan assist going to Nicholas Gray.
With the score 4-1 the Shamrocks got a small boost of energy but it wasn't enough to hold off the Otters.  Mainly #17-Collins controlling the play and not only scoring a hat trick, but assisting another and setting up countless other chances that Palmer was luckily able to stop.
When all was said and done the Shamrocks were able to get 14 shots, compared to the 42 shots the Otters fired to win 7-1, but it could have been worse if it weren't for goalie Bram Palmer.

Next game will be this Thursday in another game against the Muskoka Rock in Humphrey at 6pm.
