The Parry Sound Hockey Club is seeking a reliable individual to fill the position of Ice Time Director for the 2025-2026 Season.
Primary Ice Time Director Duties are as follows:
1. Work with the Director of Recreational League Hockey Operations and the Director of Representative Hockey Operations in determining an appropriate ice budget, based on the predetermined needs for the ice and times in a fair and equitable manner, reflecting appropriate programming and predetermined allocations for that division and league.
2. Further to above, will present a report regarding Ice Scheduling to the Board for final approval.
3. Based on approvals, also assess the ice requirements and needed blocks for the Association, and then shall enter into negotiation with the Town and other arenas, to meet those needs as required.
4. Recommend policy to the Board regarding Ice Scheduling.
5.Carry out other duties as assigned by the Board, Executive Committee, or the President.
